How do I raise a support ticket - nothing shown in Power Platform admin center

After going throught the virtual agent and click throught the link to request support, I landed the page below.

Power Platform admin center (microsoft.com)

 

However, the page is empty and I do not know how to raise a support ticket. I am a PBI premium subscriber. Can assist?
