Heat Map Not Showing Up

I have created a report in Desktop. I want to export the report to a pdf. When I export the report, the heat map doesn't show up. The background is there but no heat. Is there something I can do to fix that?

Could not reproduce it in my side as far as my test.

Which map visual you are using, what it the version of Power BI Desktop? Please consider sharing more information about this issue or a simple samlpe file without any sensitive information.

Hi, I think this heat map doesn't show app in the pdf export because it's not a Power BI certified visual. Only Power BI certified visuals are allowed to be exported.
