Header formatting - Matrix visual not working as expected in Chrome (Ok in edge)

Dear Community 

Hope someone here can help. Facing a very strange formatting issue. The matrix displays differenly in desktop vs. service: 

In desktop I see: 

In service I see: 

So somehow vertical lines are added. I would really appreciate help on how to fix the issue - tried many things but nothing seems to help.

This is a known browser rendering issue, there will be phantom lines if view mode is not set to "Actual size".

So just set Page view settings is "Actual size"
