It seems as though Azure B2B Guest account that have member/contributor access to a workspace on Power BI Premium capacity can not upload anything to a workspace.
Upon clicking '+ New' and upload a file. It just does nothing.
I have tested with guest account and tenant account. The tenant account works fine.
Is anybody else having similar issues?
