Grouped data won't load when refreshed in web-based workspace?

Hi all,

Ive got 12-hr rainfall data which I group per site and per day. This works well on my desktop and I dont have any problems if I refresh the data on my desktop and then publish it from my desktop to my web-based workspace.

But, if I refresh my dataset on the web workspace or do a scheduled refresh, the data doesnt load in the report (interestingly I never get an error message). All other non-grouped data loads perfectly. Is this a known issue?
