Group name change not reflected in admin UI and API

When the display name for an AAD group is changed, the Power BI user UI and the Groups API show the new name.

 

The Admin portal and the Admin API incorrectly show the old name.

The Premium Capacity Metrics report also incorrectly shows the old group name.
