(Government High) Shared App to Entire Organization not visible inside of organization

We are using the government high version of Power BI (app.high.powerbigov.us) and when I share an app to my entire organization the "search for organization apps" does not display the app.

In fact, nothing displays for our organization, the loading animation just stays on the screen. Searching for normal Microsoft apps works just fine. 

I can release to only specific people inside the organization and force install to their account, but that does not work for me. I have many many people I need to share this app to and maintaining the user access on an individual basis will be extremely cumbersome.

As you are using Power BI government cluster, I would suggest you create a support ticket to get dedicated support.
