Giant Model Pages and Missing Model Vertical Scroll Bar

The vertical scroll bar as well as the properties and fields panes are missing. The horizontal scroll bar and the model pages at the bottom are huge and only visible when scrolled to the bottom of the model (vertical scroll is still possible through the middle mouse wheel).

I am unable to reproduce the exact issue as yours, could you please share a PBIX file containing dummy data here?

However, I can reproduce this issue when there are multiple tabs with long names in Model view and  the issue has been reported internally: CRI 110677454. The fix for the issue will be included in QFE1 release of Power BI Desktop March version. Here is a similar thread for your reference.
