Gateway not refreshing

please help. Why i can manualy refresh my .pbix, but when i put it to power bi service, gateway send me two types of failures:

Which data source do you connect to? Do you get data in Import mode, DirectQuery or Live connection? 

Is there any gateway configured for the dataset?

I connect to sql server. I get data in Import mode.

What do you mean: Is there any gateway configured for the dataset?
