Gateway Failed to Refresh

Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.

 

We have been experiencing issues in the last week or 2 with this. I am able to refresh the datasets manually but the schedules intermittently fail

Hi i am still having intermittent issues with my schedules. Sometimes they are fine, other times they fail and then get switched off
