Full Screen Dashboard Mode not working properly when Q&A (underlying data sharing) is disabled

I have one Power Bi Pro user specifically for dashboard displayed on a TV in Office Space.

I do not want this user to have access to underlying data with Q&A. But when I disable Q&A (underlying data sharing) dashboard in full screen mode does not fit the screen, leaving empty area above the dashboard which I can't remove.
