At the moment, I have the free version of Power BI, and I'm trying to install the pro version (the one with the free trial), but it says that I already have this version installed. Since I need assistance, when I go to ask for support, it tells me that I have not installed the pro version. I tried to install the pro version (not free), but it seems that you can only make yourself a US resident (the only country where you can insert it).
