Free user is being able do delete or manage report settings

Hi

I need a help with this issue on Power BI Service


I've added a PBI free user on an APP Worskpace with "Member" role

 

This user is now able to see the reports from this workspace on "Shared with me" area, but he is also able to delete the reports from this workspace.

 

Is this a valid behavior?

Hi @Leonardo,

 

From your description, it looks like this workspace is a new preview workspace version and assigned with premium capacity, right? 

 

If you mean the user delete the report in Shared with me section then cause report is actually deleted in the app workspace, the same issue has been reported before internally: CRI 93368749. Will update here once I get any information. 

 

If you mean the free user can delete the report in app workspace directly, this is expected. Member role in the preview workspace can edit content, see: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-create-the-new-workspaces#roles-in-the-new-workspa...
