Fix major issues with translating posts to Spanish on the Forum

When you post a new topic in Power BI Desktop, apparently it posts it to the Power BI Desktop Spanish Forum as well. It's supposed to automatically translate your post to English when you view it, but this feature appears to be broken, shown below:

In addition to showing your post in spanish, if you edit it when it looks like this, you will be editing a Spanish version of your post. It won't automatically translate back into English for you to be able to read what you're editing, shown below. I did not write this post in Spanish, but when I go to edit it, the post is in Spanish, not English, and doesn't appear to translate properly

Try changing the windows language and browser language to english and check again.
