When i publish a report in PowerBI, and then share via email to my collegues the link they recieve doesnt work. The web page loads, but the report does not, it just spins 'loading' for hours.
Is there a fix for this?
Are the users you shared with are pro users? If they are pro users, please clear the browser caches and check again. In addtion, if this issue persists, I would suggest you create a support ticket here for further analysis.
