Reports using a filter which utilizes one level of a hiearchy do not work as expected after the Feb 2020 update. It appears the update includes the ability to use the entire hierarchy now in a filter interactively but if the report already existed and the user does toggle on Hierarchy in Preview features. A user can ONLY use the highest level and it will continue to default back to the highest level no matter which level is chosen . I would expect better backward compatibility when introducing a new feature. Perhaps I am missing something and this update can be handled in a better way.
