Filters Pane not working

Hi team. As of a few hours ago, when i am in Desktop and have the Filter Pane open with active Filters in Visual, i am unable to see the actual text. it appears blank, but when i hover over the area, the pointer turns to a HAND and you can see the pop up text such as "Expand" ,"Lock" but can not see the fields or results to enable filter to apply.
