Filter on Card gets removed after publishing

In a .pbix file, I have a several Card visuals on the same report page. 

These visuals are all filtered by one or more different date columns (visual level filters).

All Cards and filters are working fine, except for one.

When I publish the file to the Service, one of the filters gets automatically cleared.

The filter definition: "is on or after 01-01-2018".

When I edit the report via the Service, I can set the filter again and Save the reports.

Then, a couple seconds later in "Read mode", the filter gets removed again.

I tried using an Advanced filter instead of Basic filter, but this one also gets removed.

Anyone else having a problem like this?

For the record: the report is created using a previous version of PBI Desktop and now uploaded using the latest version.

In PBI Desktop everything works fine.

I'm not able to reproduce the issue on my side. I guess the issue is related to specific Power BI cluster, I would suggest you create a support ticket to get dedicated support.

Is there a solution to this issue please? I need to embed this dashboard to share it but currently can't get the PBI service to give me the filtered figures.
