Filter Pane not Showing

Hello, our users are reporting that the filter pane is not showing up when they access their reports. To get it to appear they have to F11 the browser into full screen mode and then exit back to normal view. I reviewed the PBIX and the filter pane option is enabled. They said this started happening within the past week.

Which browser do you use to access the report? I tested with Chrome browser but not able to reproduce the issue. 


Please share a pbix file with us to reproduce the issue. Do remove sensitive data in the report, upload the file to your OneDrive, paste the share link here.

I am using Chrome as well. I just tried clearing my browser cache and that fixed it for me. I'll reach out to my users and have them try this.
