Filled map inconsistent behavior (browser dependent)

I have a customer who can't load filled maps (county) consistently with Chrome or Firefox. It works perfectly fine on my Windows 10 machine with Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.

I created a test map to simplify the issue here. For the map, we have a table of ZIP codes mapped to county, state, etc. We're passing the average latitude/longitude from the table to help geocode the county (see screenshot below).

The map appears to load fine when trying to view the other two states in the test map (Connecticut and Washington).

Machine showing issues:

• Windows: Windows 7 Enterprise Version 6.1 (Build 7601: Service Pack 1)
• Chrome: Version 67.0.3396.79 (Official Build) (64-bit)
• Firefox: Version 60.0.1 (64-bit)

Hi @npnigro,

Please check if the issued user run the same Chrome and Firefox version as yours. Please suggest update to the latest version then test again.

Sorry for the delay in replying. I didn't receive a notification that you replied. Anyhow, the version of Chrome this person is using is the latest and the same version I'm using.
