Failure of Publish to Server and share in PowerBi Service

Am i the only organization to experience a weird failure of PowerBi Service? 
When trying to publish a report into the server:

When into the server trying to share an element:

Does anyone have an idea of what can cause it?

That seems to work fine for me. You may check Export and sharing settings and create a support ticket for assistance if necessary.

Now it is working well for our side but we do not understand the reason of this failure yesterday...
