Failed to publish CSV file

Sorry if asking in wrong place. Problem happens several last days, before that worked fine. I'm trying to replace csv file, after warning "A dataset with the same name exists" click "Replace it" and receive following error:

Hi @scc ,

I don't quite understand what you mean, how do I reproduce your question?
Does the problem occur when posting or when refreshing?
Did it work properly for a while after you replaced it?
