Fail to delete the Report Subscription

I find that many people raise out the same issue:

fail to remove the report subscription after clicking "Off" --> "Save and Close".

Grateful if Microsoft can fix this issue as soon as possible as it is very annoying!

Is there any error pops out when you click on Off -> Save and Close? If it is, please share detail error information with us.
