Facing issues in D3 V4

Hello,

 

Currently, I have implemented one custom visual using D3 v4, but I am not able to use power BI utils (e.g. chart utils) in d3 v4.

Can anyone provide suggestions on how to use power bi utils in d3 v4?

It is giving errors as follow:
