Facet Key Visual not showing content on Power BI Online App Service

Hi Team,

Suddenly, from last two days, the facet key visual is not working in online power BI app service as well as in any embedded power bi dashbaords.

In Desktop Client,

Now, the same report when published on the power bi app service, see screenshot below -

Now, when i see in the console, i see some errors coming from the visuals TS file.

Please look at this priority, I've demos coming up and i can not achieve something like what i can with Facet key visual. And being a paying customer, it doesnt feel nice when facing such issues without a notice or online event notice.

Hi,

I’ve made a test but I can’t reproduce the same issue as yours.

Would you like to post a download link of the pbix file with this issue without the sensitive data if it’s possible and we can help you to check if it’s an existing issue in the Power BI?

I also suggest you to make sure you have updated to the latest version of the Power BI desktop.

Thank you very much!

@v-robertq-msft

Here's the published version of the sample report that shows the issue of facet key visual not loading up.

https://app.powerbi.com/view?r=eyJrIjoiNDBkMjM2NDUtMTkzNy00NDMzLWJiZmItMTllYTRjZTdmMjU5IiwidCI6IjliN...

As other users are also facing it, Please escalate this to get fixed as there're information that we cant clearly show in a single visual like this.

If this issue is very urgent and you want to get a solution for this kind of visual display problem as soon as possible, I suggest you to open a support ticket to get direct help from the technical support team of Microsoft to have a remote session with you to help you to make sure if this is an issue existing in the Power BI.

Hi,

I’ve downloaded your Power BI report and tried to open it in my local environment but it failed:

I’m also using the December version of desktop so I think there are some break-ups within your pbix file.

I suggest you to open a support ticket to get the direct help from the technical support team of Microsoft to have a remot session them to help you to make sure if this is an issue existing in the Power BI.
