Exporting underlying visual data to Excel

I've been trying to export the underlying data from multiple visuals to Excel. I keep getting this ambiguous error: "Sorry we couldn't export your visual data right now. Please try again later." Is there a known resolution to this issue?

AFAIK, there is no known issue about exporting failure now. It seems that you're a MSFT. If it’s the case please redirect to the MSIT support.
