Export to PowerPoint and PDF not working

When attempting to export a large report with about 12 tabs to PowerPoint and PDF using the current values.  I've tried in Interenet Explorer and in Chrome.  In Internet Explorer the  Export to PowerPoint progress window just window just disappears with no error message however in Chrome , I get the below errors.

FYI, in the Admin Portal, the Option Export reports as PowerPoint presentations or PDF documents is set to Enabled and applys to the Entire Organisation.

Hi @G_R

Does the issue happen to this one report only?

If possible, please test with the same report in another network environment to see if the same issue occurs.

Best Regards,

Hi.

I just connected to my personal computer at home via Team Viewer on my mobile phone using my mobile internet, for that Quality and Safety Report, I  was able to successfully  Export to PowerPoint  and  PDF. I also tried a number of other reports from my home computer and they work.

Back in the office network I've done some additional testing and the majority of our reports are unable to export to PowerPoint or PDF. We have a mixture of reports using different connection methods (Live/Direct Query/Import).  One report says it has more than 30 pages (most are hidden) and that also doesn't work but I get a different error message on that one.

Our users love the reports but are frustrated they can't use this feature.

We have Power BI Premium (P1) capacity with 8 V-Cores. We are nowhere near reaching our capacity limits when checking the Power BI Preium Capacity Metrics Report.

Please assist.

Facing the same issue for a few users in our business. Unable to export report to Power Point or PDF since updating to the new version wherein filters are collapsable.

Received the same error message as in first post with status code 200.

Would appreicate any resolution.

Thanks in advance.
