Export matrix visual from PowerBI web converting percent to decimal

I have a report with a matrix visual and calculated measures that are formatted as percentages.  In PBI desktop, when I export the visual the percent fields show up correctly.  However, after I publish the report to a workspace and bring it up via PowerBI web, and do the export, the percents are displaying as decimals.   This only happens for calculated measures that are formatted as percentage (the percents that I have built in my AAS cube show up correctly).  HELPPPPPP!!!   Thank you!

I have tested on my side, it works well.

My datasource is SSAS.

if this works in other visuals, for example: table or line chart?

and please have a try this simple sample pbix file to see if it works well.
