Export data from Power BI Embedded URL's Public Report

Hi There,

I want to download/export the data from Power BI Embed URL's Public Report. I can't find any option to download/export in that report. Can you please let me know, whether that option is available or not? I am waiting for your response.

Hi @Jpsakthi,

If you mean " Power BI Embed URL's Public Report" is a report URL generated from publish to web feature, it's a limitation that we cann't export data from visuals, see: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-publish-to-web#limitations

Hi @Jpsakthi,

If end users have Power BI Pro license or this report resides in a premium workspace, you can share the report with users via Share feature. 

Otherwise, if the users have Power BI desktop installed on their machine, you can share pbix file with them directly if the report connect to data source in Import mode.
