Export Data Feature No Longer Available

Hi all,

Some of my users no longer have the export data feature available when selecting "More Options" for a table. They are all assigned "Member" roles. Has anyone else run into this issue?

Hi @VivoBI ,

Not all data can be viewed or exported by all users. There are safeguards that report designers and administrators use when building dashboards and reports. Some data is restricted, hidden, or confidential, and cannot be seen or exported without special permissions. If you're a designer or admin, select the tab below for Admin and designer controls for exporting.  check and manually reset the export option as needed.

That makes sense, but the users had the option to export at the end of last week and for some reason that is no longer there. Their access did not change over that timeframe and the settings reflect those in the link you shared.

All my users have PBI Pro, have build access. All of a sudden a subset of users couldn't  see export data option. This subset has no differences from other users that can export.
