Everytime I remove or add a column to my data source my scheduled refresh breaks.

Hi @Lizo, 

 

When you delete the column from data source, please ensure this column is not used by Power Query. For your issue, please go to dataflow edit mode, right click on the entity to click on Advanced Editor, check if any Power Query steps uses column 'emailaddress'.
