Error when Opening Power BI

I have this error message when opening Power BI

Hi @Anonymous 

 

May I know whether your issue is that you can't connect to Power BI service? If you try the following operations, will you successfully open Power BI?

1 Retart your browser

2 Switch to other browsers 

3 Use another computer as same network as you to open Power BI

4 Switch to another network
