Error refreshing in the service but not when refreshing locally on desktop

I am getting an error when refreshing a dataset in the service but I do not get the same error in PBI Desktop.

Error message is not descriptive at all:

I have tried to take over this dataset but I get the following error. Also not descriptive:

Which data souce you have used in the report? If it could be refreshed successful in power bi desktop, try to publish the report to different workspaces in power bi service, configure the gateway connection if necessary and refresh the dataset again to check.
