Please try to download the latest version of PowerBI Desktop through this link below instead of the Microsoft Store.

Download Microsoft Power BI Desktop from Official Microsoft Download Center

Choose to install 64-bit or 32-bit depending on your system, and run as administrator after the installation is complete.
