Which data source are you connecting to? Have you configure the gateway and credentials correctly on your server? Can you refresh report manually in power bi desktop?

Please check if power bi gateway support the current version of your data source.

Hi, I got the same problems.

Everything is fine since I use Incremental Refresh.

Here is the message:

The same report that does not use Incremental Refresh is work normally in the refreshing (both way in power bi desktop or power bi service).

I already update the lastest gateway version.

Please help me
