Error connect to Sharepoint

When I try to connect to my Sharepoint folder, it appear following errorimage.png eventhough I am using same account to log in in Sharepoint and Power BI 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Can you help me to solve it

Hi @Anonymous, 

 

Based on my test in Power BI desktop version 2.74.5619.621 64-bit (October 2019), use SharePoint Folder connector is able to retrieve data. In your scenario, please check if you enter the valid credential and set available level for this account. You can go to data source settings to clear permissions, then specify proper account and level again when you use use SharePoint Folder connector to get data.
