Error accessing to a shared dashboard with a link

Hi,

 

I'm having troubles with accessing to a dashboard. I received the link by email and when I try to access it I get this message:

 

"You don't have access to this dashboard.
 
There was an error processing the invitation
Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.

We repeated the process of sharing the dashboard, but the problem remain.

I try to share the dashboard to both internal and external users , but cannot repro the same issue on my side. I suggest you to create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com (see bottom of page).

Thank you for answering. Currently I am a User with Pro Trial account but I'm having troubles creating the support ticket. It says that it's only for Pro Users. 

Can you confirm that it's not possible for me to create the ticket? If it's true, what are my options to get help in this issue?
