Error When Attempting to Save & Close Dataflow Creation on Power BI Web App

The process will not complete and I get a message that says - "Something went wrong" and the message below:

Does your error report occur when you create the report with dataflow, or when you save or close dataflow? Has this ever happened before? Do all dataflows have this problem, or is there a particular dataflow that has a problem?
