Error Refreshing Excel Connection to Dataset

Currently have an issue refreshing an excel file that has been connected to a Power BI dataset for past 18 months. Error messages are shown below. I have other excel files with dataset connections in other workspaces and they refresh without issue. Any help/suggestions are appreciated.

Recently they released a new version of the connection that no longer downloads an .odc file but is a standard .xlsx file. If your excel file was built off of the previous .odc connection, re-download the dataset's "Analyze in Excel" file, which will be an .xlsx file. Then copy this sheet into your old file with the previous connection. Choose to override the connection and it will update to the new file connection format. This is what worked for us when we encountered this after the update to Analyze in Excel.

This also has to do with the fact that sensitivity labels/privacy settings now confer with the Analyze in Excel feature if utilized (usually in a premium workspace).
