Error OData Authentication for CRM Online API - NO OAuth2 option is listed

I have a dashboard getting data from CRM online, suddenly the dashboard stopped updating the data and the error was the API authentication, I tried to update the credentials but there is no option for OAuth2 . and nothing from the avilable option is working. 

I tried to delete the cached credentials in Power BI Desktop but no results!!!

@Redex,

What version of Power BI Desktop do you use? Could you please post a screenshot showing about how you get the OData URL on CRM online side?

Hi,

 

PBI Desktop version is 2.63.3272.40461 64-bit (October 2018)

the OData url is from here Settings >> Customizations >> Developer Resources

 the "Data" is appended after Organization to be OrganizationData.svc

@Redex,

I make a test in November release of Power BI Desktop, and unable to reproduce this issue. I would recommend you update to latest version of Power BI Desktop and re-publish PBIX file to Power BI Service.
