Error Extracting Key Phrases in Power BI Desktop

I have a feedback table that I'd like to extract key phrases from. However, using the steps in the online tutorial (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cognitive-services/Text-Analytics/Tutorials/tutorial-power-bi...I'm getting an error in Power BI Desktop:

Expression.Error: We cannot convert the value "[Function]" to type Function.
Details:
Value=[Function]
Type=[Type]

I've successfully used AI in a dataflow to extract key phrases from the same data so I don't think the data itself has an issue. The table is in import storage mode and is not incremental refresh. 

Has anybody seen this issue?

You may try setting Privacy Levels for data sources.
