Error Adobe Analytics connection

Hi all,

When trying to connect in Power BI desktop with Adobe Analytics connector, it just gives me a grey screen popup when trying to connect it. My adobe ID is connected to my Adobe Analytics account and I've tried using my password to sign in and basically during authentication after password is entered, a blank grey window pops up and just sits there and does nothing and won't let me fully connect...

I am an admin of our Adobe account by the way, and know that everything is setup on my end with my credentials correctly. I have access to Web Services APIs.

It seems a bug, can you please check?

It is a bad experience for the user.

Hi @Anonymous, 

 

Please update Power BI desktop to the latest version 2.73.5586.802 then test again. As I don't have Adobe analytics account to test it on my side, if the issue still occurs, I would suggest you create a support ticket to let engineers look into the issue on your side.
