Error 404 Uploading PBIX from Desktop to Server

I am getting an error 404 when publishing a report from PBI Desktop to my workspace on the server.  Receive error below. No other info provided.

Now can't even login to the service.

What version of Power BI Desktop do you use? Please try with the latest release.

Are you able to publish this report to App Workspace rather than My Workspace?

Are you able to publish other report files to service?
