Emissions Impact Dashboard for non Billing Account Administrator

Hi All, 

I would like to know whether there is a way to use the Emissions Impact Dashboard without having the Billing Account Administrator. In my company, we have several Azure subscriptions but the billing is merged under one single account that it is not possible to get access. I think this scenario must be pretty common in big companies.

In case it is not possible to use the Emissions Impact Dashboard, I would like to know how we could build something similar on our own (understanding the way of calculating the impact&cost).

Currently, we don’t provide another ways to retrieve such kind of data. To access Carbon usage of your Azure and Microsoft Dynamics, you need EnrollmentID or BillingAccountID just as the official document mentioned.
