Email subscription is not working

Hello everybody

My email subscription is not working at all. No automatic email, No manual Run. Is there any idea how to reach PBI support and get this issue fixed. TIA

I found the same issue reported internally: CRI 115577904. The issue should be fixed now. Please test again on your side.
