Email subscription: Email sent 1 or 2 hours after the end of the refresh.



My users subscribed to receive emails when the data has changed on some reports and dashboards. But since a week the emails are received 1 or 2 hours (sometimes even more) after the refresh was completed. Before, everything was working well. 


For example, yesterday the refresh was made at 7:53 AM and the email was received at 9:26 AM.

Today, the refresh was made at 7:25 AM and the email was received at 11:48 AM... They need those email as soon as the refresh has finished to check some numbers.


What can be the origin of this error? Is it a bug?
