Email Subscription sent empty image

Hi Team,

I have set up some email subscriptions for my dashboard and they all work fine. But sometimes, they send empty image attachments in the email when subscription runs as per schedule.

Is this a bug( I saw a post from 2019 saying that DEV team is working on it and will deploy the solution in August 2019)?

Is the issue still there?

Please help me.

I'm not able to reproduce the issue on my side. Please check if your report/dashboard hits the limitation listed in this document: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-report-subscribe#considerations-and-troubleshooting

I was having this issue for a long time but it was resolved in July. Are you still having this issue?
