Email Subscription: Something went wrong - unable to load the model

Hi everyone

 

We have some problems with the Email Subscription. The email doesn't contain a screenshot of the report but instead, it contains the following error "Something went wrong - Unable to load the model"

I think this happens when the report is too large to render quickly. This typically happens for me, but then if the PBI server is running particularly fast one day, the image will appear. Then it throws the error again for a few weeks.

@Anonymous exactly. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. But it hasn't worked in almost 2 weeks now and it's primarily the "small" reports that work 🙂
