Dynamic Color

I have another issues, I'd like to know if is possible to make a barchart with dynamic color (by a criterio). For example:

If >95% - Green; 

If >90% - Yellow; Red.

If you want the exact feature you posted, please create or vote up an idea here. Maybe you can try it like this. You need proper criterion.
