Duplicate tooltips while hovering over imported image in October 2019 Power BI desktop

I have downloaded the latest Power BI desktop (October 2019) and I have imported a PNG image for a report and when I hover over it the tooltip display is duplicated. No such issues with the tooltips for built in buttons

I got the information that:

"An internal bug has been filed, the fix might not make the December fork date though so this probably won't be fixed until 2020."
